Class Schedule

Life Cycles indoor cycling classes take place in a small intimate studio with stationary bikes and heart-pumping hip hop music. If that isn’t enough to make you want to ride. These low impact spin classes are easy on the joints and strengthen your legs, as well as your core.

    Fit Camp

    Fit Camp is a class where we walk you through every facet of functional strength. With speed sprinting, weights, and a number of different exercises, we work to improve your balance, flexibility, endurance, strength, mobility, and agility. With Fit Camp, it’s best to make a reservation in advance because the location can vary.

    Fit Camp classes are held every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30-9:30am. To sign up, please call or email Tony at drinktea4life@yahoo.com.

    Climb

    Climb is a cycling exercise gradually increases in slope, so you can burn calories while improving stamina and endurance. Our climb classes follow a five-week course. Each week, the climb increases by five minutes until we max out at twenty five minutes. We climb to invigorating and up-beat music, to keep your motivation pumping!

    Weights & Roll

    Weights & Roll is a Strength training class designed to help you build muscles as well as endurance. The focus is Arm, Chest, Upper Back and Core, While staying in constant movement on the bike. This class is perfect if you’re looking to increase muscular strength during a cardio workout.

    Zumba

    Join us on Wednesday nights for an energetic and invigorating Zumba class with our amazing instructor, Michelle. Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance workout that not only provides a great cardiovascular workout but is also known for its fun and enjoyable nature. Get ready to move, groove, and sweat as you follow along to the upbeat rhythms and dance moves. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just starting out, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. Come and join us on Wednesday nights at 5:30pm. Zumba class with Michelle at Lifecycles, and experience a workout that feels more like a party!

    Beginner's Class

    Lifecycles beginner class is slow, unhurried pace of a class that is a great way to start building strength and a fitness foundation, with a low impact cycling class. As your body gets back into the routine of working out, or if you are just starting to work out. Lifecycles beginner spin class will teach you the basic moves as well as how to set up your bike properly. Through this instructional class, it can help you build up to more challenging classes or exercise routines.

  • STRONG NATION

    Using only your body weight, STRONG Nation will test your strength and stamina in a powerful cardio and muscle-conditioning session in one, all led by music. STRONG 45 packs a challenging total-body workout into 45 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.
