Lifecycles Studios is a family hair salon and indoor cycling studio. We’re on a mission to improve your physical health and create healthier hair in a revitalizing and euphoric way.
Our Story
Rhonda Ethridge is the owner and founder of Life Cycles Studios. She works as a personal trainer and spin class instructor with the intention to share her love for fitness! After teaching locally at the gym where her journey began, Rhonda decided to open her own stand-alone spin studio in Kalamazoo, Michigan! She wants to help her students celebrate life with a highly energetic, fun-filled, and inclusive environment.
After marrying Rhonda, Tony’s exercise habits fluctuated. He found waves of motivation, but never quite caught the groove of fitness. When Rhonda began to light her own fire and fan her own flame, Tony caught her embers of motivation and lit on fire with her. Now, they work to spread their flames and instill power in others through exercise and fitness goals. Over the years, Tony has worked alongside Rhonda to joyfully provide an exciting experience with his FitCamp, where everyone is welcome no matter their experience!
